HamQuest 2021 Preparations Underway!!!

Preparations for HamQuest 2021 on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at the JAmes E. Ward Agricultural Center in Lebanon, TN are well underway! We are pleased to announce that HamWorld, Inc. will once again be with us in the Cox Hospitality Cabin across from the main Pavilion. We have also confirmed that TN07 Engineering will be in the same location under the pavilion again this year.
This year Gate admission will remain $5.00 per person age 16 and over and free for those 15 and under when accompanied by a paying adult. Tailgate spaces will remain $10.00 per vehicle and will include 1 admission ticket for the pavilion area. The Side (larger) booth spaces with electricity will be $25.00 each and the center table spaces will be $15.00 each. Additional tables and chairs may be available for $10.00 and $3.00 each respectively. The price increase for the pavilion booths is to ensure we are covering our costs.
If you were with us in a booth under the pavilion in 2019, watch your e-mail as we will be e-mailing all those who we have an e-mail for or calling you if we don’t have an e-mail but have a phone number on file. About @MidTnHamQuest

The Greater Nashville & Middle TN HamQuest is a new project dedicated to combining traditional Hamfest elements with less traditional offerings that will help to unite the Ham community. The Quest is sponsored by the Wilson Amateur Radio Club, with assistance from the Wilson Radio League. We believe that the HamQuest is filling a void in Middle Tennessee and it’s surrounding areas. The HamQuest is held at the Wilson County Fairgrounds in Lebanon, TN, home to the state’s largest county fair. Lebanon is just a short drive from Nashville with the feel of rural Tennessee. We have excellent access to I-40 and are convenient to a large geographical area. There are many different camping sites and hotels within a short drive from the HamQuest. The HamQuest provides a wonderful venue, low admission cost, hourly door prizes and technical presentations.
