HamQuest 2021 will have all areas within a close proximity easily accessible by all guests. When arriving at the James E. Ward Agricultural Center, enter through the main entrance on Sparta Pike/East Baddour Parkway. At the stop sign in front of the TN Farm Bureau Exposition Center, turn left and then take the first right.
General parking will be straight in on the paved midway area and our reserved handicapped parking will be right outside the Commercial Vendor building. Guests with a state issued disabled parking permit (hang tag, license plate, or decal) should turn right immediately after passing through the white fence. You will go between the Expo Center and the HamQuest area. There will be a ticket booth and barrier on your left. This is where you will turn in. One of our staff will open the gate for you to pull into the reserved parking area.
Building B – Flea Market Tables
Due to having to move the Flea Market tables into a different building this year so much needed repairs can be made to the Entertainment Pavilion, all flea market vendors will be in Building B (Turner-Evans Building) and will only pay $15.00 per table. If you purchase3d a $25.00 single table booth you will receive a $10.00 refund the day of the event. If you purchased a $25.00 two tble center aisle booth, you will receive two tables for the $25.00 (a $5.00 discount over the per table price.) We have tried to keep you next to or as close to the same vendors you were near under the pavilion. We did have to make some adjustments due to the different dimensions of the B Building. You may download a PDF file showing you the location of your tables in the new building by clicking the link below
Building C – Commercial Vendors
This year, all commercial vendors will be located in the same building. We welcome two new vendors to HamQuest this year, Gold Medal Ideas and KM4MPF Sales along with returning vendors TN07 Engineering and Debco Electronics to Building C. Our door prize entry will also be found inside Building C as well. Come in, drop your drawing ticket into the entry bucket, shopp for that new radio, antenna, mast, electronics supplies, and novelty items such as caps, t-shirts, etc. and while in there you can also sit down cool off, and rest a few minutes at on of the “cooling tables” we will have in there as well.
Tailgating will be in the grassy area next to the Cox Cabin (same place as in years past.) Cost will be $10.00 per vehicle and includes one admission/door prize drawing entry ticket. These spaces are on a first come first serve basis and cannot be reserved ahead of time.
