ARRL DXCC Card Checker Chuck Talley will be available to check your QSL Cards for DXCC Credit at the 3rd annual HamQuest. Chuck will be located in the ARRL Booth.
The Greater Nashville & Middle TN HamQuest is pleased to announce that Debco Electronics, Inc. from Cincinnati, OH as the fourth commercial vendor at #HamQuest2018! The Greater Nashville & Middle TN HamQuest staff are pleased to announce that this year’s grand prize will be a Kenwood TM-281A mobile radio. This is a 65w 2 meter mobile transceiver. Booth spaces under the main pavilion are SOLD OUT! Tailgate spaces will be available on a first come-first serve basis once again this year so plan on arriving early to be sure to get a spot in the boneyard. We will also place your name on a wait list for a booth should one come available. We may be able to open up more booth spaces if the demand is high enough but do not anticipate this happening at this time. Tom Delker, K1KY will be returning to #HamQuest2018 with the ever popular and in demand “forum” on Ham use of of MESH Networking. Due to the popularity and length of this forum in the previous years, this year the “forum” will be a distributed interactive format where attendees can see and try out the technology hands-on. The main information & demonstration location will be in booth #45 under the main pavilion with other “sites” set up throughout the #HamQuest2018 site. As the plans and locations of this interactive activity of #HamQuest2018 are still yet to be finalized be sure to check with #HamQuest2018 staff and/or Tom Delker, K1KY in booth #36 on event day to ensure you have the most up to date schedule and MESHNet locations.
#HamQuest 2018 is just over three weeks away and booth space for HamQuest 2018 is almost SOLD OUT!!! We have only a few of our $10.00 tables left as of 07/03/2018 11:15 A.M. We are grateful to the amateur radio community’s support of the Greater Nashville & Middle TN HamQuest once again this year. We have several of our regular commercial vendors & most of our past non-commercial participants returning once again this year. We once again welcome Ham World, Inc. & TN07 Engineering back to #HamQuest. Many of you will recognize a new name at #HamQuest this year as C.T. Morgan ^ Associates will be joining us in boothes #27 -31 for their first stop at the HamQuest. Ted Randall and “The QSO Radio Show” will also be back on stage this year.
