Debco Electronics, Inc. from Cincinnati, OH will be with us again this year for HamQuest 2019! Debco is a supplier of electronics tools, supplies, and parts will be in the large corner space they were in last year. Registration is now open for HamQuest 2019 and we already have 36 out of the 51 available booth spaces reserved. If you wanted a booth at HamQuest 2018 and missed out due to the sell out now is your chance! All booths are on a first come first serve basis so get your request in now while there are more booths to choose from.
We are now accepting reservations from our booth holders from HamQuest 2019 to be held on Saturday, July, 27. 2019. An e-mail was sent to everyone on our mailing list earlier this morning (April 1, 2019) with information on how to reserve your booth once again this year. General registration will open on May 1, 2019. Any booths not confirmed by this date will be available on a first come, first serve basis to anyone wanting a booth. To help ensure you get your booth again this year, we have added a new payment option. Beginning this year we accept credit and debit cards for payment. In order to cover our processing fees for accepting credit and debit cards, a $1.00 “Convenience Fee” will be assessed. As in years past we will also accept your personal or organization’s checks with no additional fees.
The fourth annual Greater Nashville & Middle Tennessee HamQuest will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2019. We will be in the same location once again this year at the James E. Ward Agricultural Center located at 945 E. Baddour Parkway, Lebanon, TN 37090.
Gates will open to general admission at 8:00 AM CDST to allow our vendors plenty of time to set up. Vendor setup will be from 6:00 AM until 8:00 AM CDST.
Admission will be $5.00 per person age 16 years and older, free for youth 15 years old and younger. Side (formerly called “back-in:) booths will consist of of a 10×12 space with one table & two chairs set up before you arrive, & A/C electrical hook-ups for $15.00 each. Interior aisle (formerly called “middle covered”) booths will consist of a 10X10 space with 1 table & two chairs set up before you arrive for $10.00 each. All booths in the pavilion include one admission ticket with additional tickets for others attending with you are available at the regular admission rate. Tailgate spaces will be $10.00 each this year and will include one admission ticket to the pavilion booth area with additional admission tickets available at the regular admission rate.
As with years past, our vendors from last year will have early-bird registration to allow them the opportunity to reserve the same booth space(s) they had last year. Open booth registration will begin on May 1, 2019. While we will try to accommodate everyone’s location preferences once open registration begins as booths are assigned on a first come first serve basis.
